Edward Reed, Chair, Macfarlanes Edward is a partner at Macfarlanes where he advises internationally mobile families on their asset structuring, personal tax, succession planning, wills and trusts. Educated in the UK and in France, Edward has developed an affinity for civil law issues generally. He is a bilingual French speaker and fluent in Italian.
Clare Barton, Vice-Chair and Safeguarding Lead Clare is a solicitor whose career included working for a major City law firm and as an in-house lawyer. She has done a range of voluntary roles, including being a school governor for many years.
Caroline Connolly-Newland, Treasurer Currently Head of Risk and Audit with a background of over 25 years in Finance and Audit in various international companies. She has three boys and enjoys running in her spare time.
Father Gary Dench, Spiritual Director, Fr Gary trained for the priesthood at the Venerable English College, Rome, and was ordained in 2019. He served for five years as the Assistant Priest at Brentwood Cathedral and is presently the Parish Priest of Hutton & Shenfield in Essex. He studied Canon Law through the Catholic University of Leuven and works in the diocesan curia as the Diocesan Master of Ceremonies, Director of Liturgy and Vice-Chancellor.
Liam Allmark, Jesuit Refugee Service UK Liam is Head of Communications, Advocacy and Fundraising at the Jesuit Refugee Service UK. Prior to this he was the lead international affairs advisor to the Catholic Bishops of England and Wales. Throughout his career he has worked closely with Catholic charities in many countries including Palestine, Israel, Myanmar, Iraq, and Thailand.
Molly Conrad, The Good Faith Partnership Molly is Senior Consultant for Public Affairs at the social justice and faith-based consultancy, The Good Faith Partnership. Prior to joining Good Faith, Molly worked for the Catholic Bishops' Conference of England and Wales in their Partnerships & Public Affairs Department. Molly is passionate about building meaningful and sustainable partnerships between parliamentarians, charitable foundations and faith communities to ensure that grassroots experts and people of faith have a voice in top-level decision-making processes.
Professor Noel Gill Noel is an infectious disease epidemiologist and honorary professor at London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, Noel worked at the National Infectious Disease Surveillance Centre for England (1980-2020), leading the HIV and STI team.
Dr Donal O'Sullivan, Safeguarding Lead has worked for almost thirty years in South East London, first as a Consultant in Communicable Disease Control, and more recently as a Consultant in Public Health. Donal currently teaches on the MPH course at King's College London.
Sandra Pearce, Boxing Futures Sandra had a significant background in journalism and publishing before moving into fundraising. She worked as Senior Trusts and Foundations Advisor at The Leprosy Mission England and Wales for four years before joining Boxing Futures as Fundraising and Communications Manager. She lived for more than 25 years in Singapore and has a strong interest in international affairs.
