Last year we saw a new venture: The British 10K London Run on Sunday 6th July 2008. 

This year it will take place on Sunday 12th July.  We again need volunteers for our team of 12 runners.  Why not join in? 

You will be able to do some sight-seeing as you go, and there will be plenty of onlookers to cheer you on your way. 

To enter, you should be able to complete the race in under 2 hours; our first volunteer (aged 59) assures us that a really fit person could walk it in the time.  Who will take up the challenge?
